LEARN IT Voice Mailbox onsite from any Avaya phone:

  1. Press the Message button or externally, dial 773-733-7304 ext:12995 (press *r to access v/m)
  2. Enter the Code extension 12995#
  3. Enter the Password 1598753#

 

To replay messages, press 2, then 0 to listen to message

To delete messages, press *3

To keep, no action needed - will store as an ‘old message’ 

 

To re-record the greeting:

Please follow the above directions to login to v/m account and setup greeting to read:

"Hello, you have reached the LEARN Charter Help Desk. Please leave a voicemail, which will be forwarded to our technicians. Also, you may email the help desk at [email protected] with additional information. Thank you in advance for your patience as we address your request. "
